Yes it is totally safe to buy CD's etc. from this website. Whether you decide to go the direct route and buy from the site itself via PayPal, or through the on-line music stores CDBaby, CDJam or Road Records, you are assured of a secure, confidential and efficient process which uses the latest technology to safeguard all your financial details and personal information. Since all purchase requests are referred to one of these organisations depending on your preference, I will never have access to your credit card details. 2. I do not want to use my credit card on-line. Can I still buy your CD? Yes, absolutely. CDBaby accepts quite a few different forms of payment, namely: credit card, cheque, money order, cash and even chocolate! (Or so they say!) You can place an order with them on-line or by phone, fax or mail. If you live in or near Dublin, you can buy the CD in Road Records, 16b Fade St., Dublin2. 3. I don't have a credit card. Can I still buy your CD? Yes you can. No problem. Check out the answer to question 2. 4. How long will it take for my CD to arrive? This depends on where you live and on which option you take to order the CD. If you go through PayPal, it will take 24-48 hours if you live in Ireland, 3-7 working days to the UK and up to 14 days worldwide. Here are CDBaby's delivery details. 5. What are the shipping costs? If you place your order through PayPal, postage and packing is currently free. CDBaby have their own shipping costs. 6. What happens if my CD gets damaged in the mail? No problem. If you send back the damaged CD it will be replaced free of charge. 7. I have a question which is not answered on this page. What do I do? You mean I haven't anticipated your every need?!
