Mark
DuBerry's latest CD entitled 'Head Room' is his most recent release.
There are 8 pieces on the album, mostly instrumental
with some atmospheric vocals and featuring Mark's eclectic style
of composition and guitar playing.
The
overall sound is reminiscent of such diverse artists as: Yes,
David Sylvian, The Future Sound Of London, Orbital, Mike Oldfield,
Genesis, Moby, Pat Metheny and Pete Namlook, although the
music definitely has its own distinctive style.
The
title, 'Head Room' suggests a mental space, a state of mind, an
inner world full of archetypal images and themes which is what the
music is all about. The album was mastered by Bob Katz
at Digital Domain.
